I was delighted with the exceptional service I received during my stay at Victoria. Dario went above and beyond to make sure all my needs were taken care of, treating me like family. The level of hospitality and care he showed was truly outstanding. It made me feel right at home. I haven't experienced such genuine care and attention even in 5-star hotels. I highly recommend this hotel.
